Protection Of Action Taken In Good Faith
Regarding any act done or intended to be done in good faith by the Commission or the
Chairperson or a Member or employee or any individual assigned by the Commission pursuant to this Act or Rules there under, no suit or
legal proceedings shall be initiated.
